Roasted Salmon, Brussels Sprouts, and Sweet Potatoes with Spinach-Pecan Pesto

I live in an area where fresh fish is available so I am skeptical of a frozen fish meal. This was very good, not overdone and the pesto very tasty. The Brussels sprout and sweet potato that accompanied was really good. I will definitely order again!

I originally got these meals for days where I am too busy to make lunch. It's really healthy (sodium is pretty low, no added sugars, lots of vegetables, salmon is wild-caught, etc.) It was also quick and easy to make.

What I wasn't expecting was the taste. It was as good as something I'd get at a really nice restaurant. The sauce and veggies were a fantastic combo. The Salmon was very good, although not quite as tasty as the veggies. Overall though, can't believe it was a frozen meal. The meals are $12.99, so perhaps one negative would be the price, but I am definitely willing to pay that on days where I can't make something myself. For me, it's basically an alternative to takeout. This is the first meal I've had of the bunch, so I'm excited to try some other ones soon.

Salmon was moist and all the ingredients complimented each other! Was very good

Everything about this meal is great. Delicious.
